Refund policy

We are happy to refund the value of any full-priced product within 30 days of purchase however items purchased on sale e.g. 'SALE' page, or products marked for clearance or Black Friday sale etc, are not able to be returned unless faulty (manufacturing fault). To return an item for refund or store credit, please follow the instructions located on our RETURNS page. 

Please note, we do not charge a restocking fee however the cost of shipping to return an item for refund is the customers responsibility. 

Heat & Sun Exposure (IP-EVA Products - Scenario / Rosa)

Lusso Cloud Scenario and Rosa slides, like all footwear manufactured with EVA, may shrink, warp, or lose shape if exposed to excessive heat or prolonged direct sunlight. This includes, but is not limited to, being left in a hot car, near heat sources, or in direct sun for extended periods.

Damage caused by heat or sun exposure is not considered a manufacturing fault and is therefore not covered under our warranty or returns policy.

To maintain fit and performance, we recommend storing and drying your slides in the shade and avoiding high-temperature environments.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
