AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND RETURNS
First up: we don’t offer exchanges.
But no stress – if your order is eligible, you can send it back for a refund by following the steps below.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ELIGIBLE ITEM?
We’re happy to look after a refund as long as:

The product hasn’t been worn (other than a quick try-on for size) – it must be in original condition.

It’s a full-priced item (sale items can’t be returned unless they’re faulty).

All original packaging and tags are included and intact.

The product is returned within 30 days of purchase.
If that all sounds like you, you’re good to go!
THE RETURN STEP-BY-STEP
Pop your shoes back in a box (or satchel) and send them to:

We highly recommend using tracked postage so you can keep an eye on your return.
Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the product to make sure it meets the return criteria.
If everything checks out, we’ll process a refund for the purchase price of the item.
*Please note: shipping costs are not refunded.
If the returned goods don’t meet the criteria, we won’t be able to process a refund, and the customer will be charged AUD $50 for freight and handling to send the product back to the original shipping address on the order.
